From our small shop in St Ives we started with a clear vision: bring bold, vibrant Indian street-style flavours to the local community. To be recognised so early in our journey—especially in the competitive “Best New Business” category—is incredibly gratifying. It’s validation not just for the food, but for the service, the atmosphere, the team and the community behind us.
